Giving to Medical School Scholarships

Support Scholarships, Support the Future of Medicine

We are committed to enabling outstanding individuals to develop their talents and pursue their passions in medicine.

While each of our students has the skills, intelligence, and drive to become an incredible physician, not all of them have the financial means to do so.

Scholarship funds make it possible for learners from all backgrounds to take the next step toward their dream of becoming a doctor. It is the generosity of donors that helps to sustain and grow these funds, and ensure that the next generations of physicians are able to make a difference in an area meaningful to them.

Your contribution can:

  • Provide critical support for medical student education
  • Help learners overcome barriers that could force them to choose a different path
  • Allow students to pursue projects and ideas that can change medicine

A gift to support scholarships can ease financial burdens and leave a lasting legacy, one that will not only impact promising medical students, but also the patients and communities they will serve.

Giving Opportunities

Dean's Scholarship Fund in the Medical School

Help provide vital scholarship awards to offset the high expense of medical education. As state and federal pressures continue to rise, philanthropy is more critical than ever to achieving this important goal.
Give now to the Dean's Scholarship Fund

In the Medical School and in admissions, your generosity allows us to provide scholarships and support students so they can come in and matriculate at Michigan when they may otherwise not be able to. This allows this incredible university to bring in transformative students who will change the face of medicine.
