About This Event

Heron Hill Designs is a collaboration between partners Joey Kennedy and Daniel Collazos. Currently based out of Bay City, MI, they work together to create one of a kind, indigenous artwork. They focus on beadwork but constantly strive to expand their cultural craft knowledge.

Joey is an Ojibwe artist who has come from a family of artistic people and knowledgeable craftspeople. Daniel is a classically trained interdisciplinary artist who enjoys working in watercolors, oils and acrylics. Together, they have created work with a focus on mindful consumption, sustainability, and wearability. They have been honored to create pieces for clients’ important and special occasions including adoptions, weddings, naming ceremonies, and anniversaries.
