Michigan Medicine Health Equity Month is intended to raise awareness, encourage action and showcase Michigan Medicine and U-M-led efforts around systemic health inequities experienced by historically marginalized and underrepresented groups.

The HEM month will feature a collection of hosted presentations welcoming invited speakers, film screenings, book discussions, community sessions, and many other events from across Michigan Medicine and beyond focused on the theme of “Meeting People Where They Are: Partnering to Increase Health Equity.”
