Building Toward Belonging: Mitigating Bias for LGBTQIA+ Inclusion is a 1-hour interactive workshop focused on applying evidence-based strategies for reducing implicit bias as applied to the LGBTQIA+ community.

The course meets new guidelines of the mandatory LARA implicit bias training while also supporting the BASE strategic priority of Belonging, and the Michigan Medicine strategic initiative of diversity, equity and inclusion.
